Founder Brian Crossett grew up in a family shaped by toughness, discipline, and service The son of a World War II Marine Raider, he learned early that character is not measured by what happens to you—it is measured by what you do next

Over the course of his life, Brian faced catastrophic injuries, major medical challenges, rehabilitation, loss, and the difficult task of rebuilding more than once Each challenge demanded adaptation Each setback required perseverance Each obstacle reinforced a lesson that would eventually become the foundation of CrossCo:
